C'era una volta

cera-una-volta

Global Village? Everybody the same? Everything the same? Why not savor and enjoy the good food that our ancestors performed artfully and with mastery? After several years of work, my family and I have completed the restructuring of the farmhouse of my Grandmother: a Great Cook!

It is precisely to honor Her, the love that bound Her to these hills, and the skill and the passion with which she taught me to cook, that I have given birth to the farm restaurant called "C'era Una Volta" (Once Upon a Time), so that the great traditions can and shall continue to live! The variety and taste of Piedmontese cuisine has much to offer.

In addition to the classic "Bagna Cauda", the "Agnolotti del Plin" and "panna cotta", the dishes I propose are based on the tastes and smells that I felt and ways of doing things that I saw, entering my Grandmother's kitchen (and my Mom's, after her).

I use only ingredients of my own production (or my neighbor farmers), prime quality and seasonal.
Are you curious? Try it once and ... you will return!!!
